What KPI Care are looking for:

As a support Team Leader you will be working for a well-established client focusing on dementia care and learning disabilities within Salford. Your role will be focused around dementia care for clients with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The services have been specially designed as a safe, warm, relaxed, and friendly space, which focuses on person-centered care for people living with moderate to advanced dementia.

You will ideally have previous experience of leading a team or be ready to take the next step into your journey in working in management in care. You will have good communication skills and be very approachable.
