- Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor
- Must have a 2:1 or higher grade; Psychology, Sociology, Geography, Politics, Social Work, Linguistics, Education, degrees
- Open to other degrees dependent on candidate
- Relevant experience welcomed but not essential
- Confident individual with a genuine desire to help others

- Help children to achieve their full potential and overcome barriers
- Work alongside class teachers, the SENCO and Senior Leadership Team
- Create provisions to aid students with behavioural difficulties
- Opportunities to shadow educational psychologists
- Primary school in Merton, South London
- Interviewing immediately
- Full time role Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Earn £500-£540 per week.
- Start date: 16th September 2024
As a Graduate Behaviour Management Mentor, you will provide guidance and support to children with behaviour issues and require support throughout the school day.
The children respond well when creating a good relationship with a mentor and this allows them to be able to progress and enjoy being in the classroom with their fellow students.
It is part of the school vision that all children are filled with positive experiences, feel happy and valued and develop a sense of friendship, tolerance and understanding.
There is on-site parking, and the nearest train station is a short walk away.
