- Full-time, long-term Graduate Teaching Assistant role starting in ASAP
- Earn up £550 per week as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
- 11-19 Secondary School graded “Good” by Ofsted
- Highly regarded induction and ongoing training will be given

The role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, the role will be an important process to yours and the student’s future as this will enable them to connect to learning on a more intimate level. You will be in control of leading and supporting either 1:1 or small group interventions for underachieving students. This will benefit them greatly as they may struggle to focus on a large lesson and will benefit from the smaller and closer group. Its key to have a supportive and encouraging personality to help these students achieve their targets.
This is wonderful opportunity for graduates to embark on their career in Education. You would be classroom based, but there would also be opportunity to further utilise your skills to lead after-school clubs / child psychology sessions. These are ideal roles for candidates who are looking to start a PGCE and wish to continue gaining experience in this sector.
