TEMPORARY POSITION

KPI Recruiting arelooking to recruit for a customer service administrator to join the existing team of 3 based in the Northwich offices. Customer service experience is essential as this will be a standalone role where you will be supporting the team leader with all queries and managing customer calls. My client is a leading and successful Nationwide property company that believe in Honesty & Integrity, Reliability and Teamwork.

As a Customer Service Team Member your role will include: –

  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Handling of customer calls
  • Responding to internet queries
  • Management of surveyor’s diaries
  • Typing reports
  • Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
  • Effectively planning and prioritising workload.

You will be;
