About the Role

KPI Recruiting are looking for experienced MHE Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in the Bradford area. This role offers a stable 4 on 4 off shift pattern and the opportunity to work within a well-organised logistics environment.

You will be responsible for operating Reach FLT equipment, handling stock, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach FLT to move, store, and handle goods
• Pick and pack orders accurately within agreed delivery timeframes
• Work closely with couriers to ensure timely dispatch
• Package goods securely to prevent damage
• Complete additional reasonable duties as requested by the shift supervisor

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence (in-date)
• Previous warehouse or FLT experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off pattern
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Pay & Additional Information

• £12.58 per hour basic
• £2.74 night shift premium (8pm–6am)
• Weekly pay every Friday
