Job Title: Office Administrator  

Salary: £24,000 (Pro rata'd based on part time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (will consider part time hours)

Location: Leek


Our clients are currently seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, handling administrative tasks efficiently, and providing support to employees and management. If you have excellent organisational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the backbone of a team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating invoices
  • Coordinating shipping bookings
  • Processing customers orders
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Undertake general office and administration tasks as required


  • Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general office tasks
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., MS Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
