OFFICE COORDINATOR – MATERNITY COVER 12 MONTH CONTRACT
BASED IN NORTHWICH, CHESHIRE
MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORKING 8.00AM – 4.00PM
We have taken a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business who specialise within the manufacture and distribution of specialist products within the UK and Europe. They are well established and have been trading for over 50 years, this is testament to their ongoing success.
They are seeking an Office Coordinator to work within their busy sales administration office. This is a varied job role which requires the ideal candidate to work well independently, be methodical in their approach and be highly organised.
Duties to include:
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Processing customer orders daily
- Entering invoices via bespoke system
- Exporting shipping documentation
- Creating purchase orders
- Working with online and EBay sales sites
- Daily postal duties
- Working closely with the production team
- Packaging shipments as required
- Entering data into Excel
- Petty cash entry
- Filing shipping documentation
This position is initially a maternity cover, our client is seeking a candidate who is available for an imminent start.
