KPI Recruiting have the pleasure of supporting with the recruitment of an Office Manager to form part of a market-leading software development firm based in the heart of Winsford. The business creates platforms and products for the UK’s most ambitious firms, bringing together design, engineering and behavioural science to help make their brands more efficient, effective and creative. Due to continued success and growth of the business, they are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

As the Office Manager, you will be a valuable asset to the company and you will increase the businesses efficiency in order to accommodate further growth within the company. This is a really mixed role, where you will be supporting with aspects such as; HR, Payroll & Accounts and general Office Management.

Key duties will include;

  • Produce invoices to clients
  • Data entry of invoices on to the QuickBooks system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Checking, amending and processing payroll for 45 staff members
  • Produce and run reports for the accountants
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Onboarding of new staff-setting up emails and accounts
  • Producing contracts, HR Documentation and sending job offers
  • HR Administration
  • Attend end of probation meetings
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Receive telephone calls and take messages
  • welcoming visitors
  • Planning and executing company events

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have previous Office Management experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to use your own initiative and not be afraid to suggest changes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who have been involved in management and accounts and wants to progress their career. You will need good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines as you will work with payroll, checking and amending confidential payment information, dealing with HR  queries; onboarding of new staff and producing contracts as well as being responsible for the general up keep of the office, stock and facilities management and booking company events.

Previous experience working within a HR and Accounts capacity is desirable, use of Quickbooks or a similar system would be advantageous!
