KPI Recruiting are looking for an Onsite Engagement Coordination to join our team, working from our client’s site, based in Middlewich, CW10.

As an Onsite Engagement Coordinator, you will play an integral part to building strong partnerships with this key client.  Providing support to site operations by working alongside the customers own team, you will develop an in depth understanding of specific performance requirements, addressing and overcoming any obstacles to ensure we are providing a quality service at all times for both our employees and client.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Managing and building strong partnerships with the client by integrating in to their operation and being the face of KPI Recruiting ltd.
  • Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuations
  • Liaising with the branch resourcing teams to ensure a flow of quality candidates is maintained
  • Complete inductions and training for temporary employees within the sites agreed process
  • Evaluate and improve induction processes as and when needed to ensure a successful start in to work for our new starters
  • Oversee and support the onboarding process for temporary staff, ensuring a smooth transition into client workplaces.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the engagement and job satisfaction of temporary employees.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with candidates to address concerns, provide support, and gather feedback to improve engagement.
  • Arrange and lead engagement events for our temporary employees and client, to improve relationships and culture
  • Supervising temporary employees, monitoring time keeping and attendance
  • Instigating productivity conversations and deliver additional training to enhance performance
  • Quickly responding to any shortfall or increase in requirements from our client
  • Producing weekly & monthly KPI internal reports relating to the performance of our client’s site

What would we like to see from you?

  • Experience recruiting in the Industrial sector is preferred
  • Full driving license is required.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships
