£28,000 - £35,000 plus excellent commisions

Are you an experienced seller with a deep understanding of the UK Personal Protection Market? We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record of advising within a multi-tied or whole of market environment. While not essential, a Financial Services qualification such as CeMap/FP or Protection Qualification RO5 would be highly advantageous!

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission: 20-25% after hitting validation
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 - £75,000
• Flexible 60/40 split between home and office (post-induction)
• Full admin and paraplanner support
• Warm leads from Estate Agency/New Build & Existing Clients – No Cold Calling!

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in the UK Personal Protection Market
• Proven advisory experience in a multi-tied/whole of market environment - ESSENTAIL
• Financial Services qualifications (CeMap/FP or RO5) are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
