Due to growth, we are seeking a Commercial Temporary Recruitment Consultant in Crewe 

This is a brilliant opportunity to join KPI Recruiting, we work with some very well-known brands. 

The role involves the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish, managing your desk and building relationships with existing clients as well as generating new business, advertising role, and interviewing potential candidates.

You should be a dynamic self-starter, enthusiastic, determined, and want to be in control of your own career. 

Our central office in Crewe ( Nantwich Road) puts us in a prime loaction for candidates to register. 

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast-paced, varied, and rewarding. Tenacity, confidence, self-motivation, and resilience are key requirements for the role. Good written and communication skills are essential.

Day to day:

• Resourcing and registering candidates
• Arranging candidates to fill bookings
• Managing client relationships
• Following our bespoke sales cycle
• Administration/Payroll 

Applications will be considered from individuals with experience working in a Commercial recruitment environment, or experience in any recruitment environment.

The basic salary is competitive plus commission.
