What will this role entail?
- Lead and motivate the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.
- Set performance targets and monitor team’s progress.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
- Follow the KPI Recruiting sales cycle
- Attend weekly sales meetings and complete sales calls
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the transportation and logistics industry
- Understand clients' staffing needs and ensure effective communication with the recruitment team.
- Oversee the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of potential candidates for driving positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
- Collaborate with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in legislation affecting the driving and logistics sector.
- Implement strategies to stay competitive and address industry challenges.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on team performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including driver certification, licensing, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and documentation.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the recruitment team.
- Stay informed about changes in recruitment best practices and share knowledge with the team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about industry developments.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the recruitment process.
