KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Class 1 ADR Driver for one of our client based in Glasgow.

The rate of pay as a Class 1 ADR Driver is:

• £18 - £20p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Class 1 ADR Driver are:

• Ensuring adequate load security at all times
• Complying with legal and company vehicle segregation rules
• Ensuring tachograph modes are used correctly
• Ensuring the correct PPE Operations are observed at all times
• Checking the accuracy of the load before commencement of deliveries
• Utilising the correct manual handling equipment
• Accurately recording information regarding delivery and collection
• Safely delivering/collecting goods at customers/supplier’s premises
• Driving in a safe and appropriate manner at all times
• Reporting all accidents, incidents or near misses to the relevant personnel
• Assisting with the training of new personnel as requested by line management
• Ensuring compliance to all quality and responsible care procedures

The ideal candidate for a Class 1 ADR Driver would need:

• Holds and ADR licence and Driver CPC
• Comfortable with Low Pressure Discharge deliveries
• Good customer service skills
• Comfortable using an Iphone and mobile apps
• Want to progress in your career
