KPI Recruiting Ltd are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Refuse Driver to join a friendly and professional waste management team based in the Ditchling (BN6) area.

This role offers stable weekday work, early finishes, and the chance to make a genuine difference in your local community, ideal for drivers who value routine and work-life balance.

05:00 – 15:00
No weekends

Pay & Benefits
£16.34 per hour
Weekly pay, paid in arrears every Friday

️ Key Responsibilities
Driving and operating a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
Collecting waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties
Assisting with the movement of domestic wheelie bins where required
Covering different local routes throughout the week
Maintaining a high level of safety awareness around pedestrians, traffic, and crew members

✅ Requirements
UK HGV Class 2 licence held for a minimum of 6 months
At least 90 days Class 2 driving experience within the last 6 months
Valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Previous waste or recycling experience is beneficial but not essential
