We are working exclusively with this local Business based in Wigan.  Due to constant growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their small and friendly team. 

The ideal candidate will be confident and professional with a real passion for building customer relationships, as well as striving to achieve targets. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and withing a busy, fast paced environment.

There is an excellent bonus structure in place with great earning potential!

Main responsibilities;

• Making high volumes of outbound calls to decision makers
• Arranging and coordinating appointments for BDM’s
• Discussing potential products and services with decision makers
• Updating data using the CRM system
• Maintaining product knowledge to offer the most update information to customers
