Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- Full-time, long-term role starting ASAP
- Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only
- Earn between £500 - £560 per week as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- School located in Salford – easily accessible from most of Manchester and surrounding areas
- Graduates holding a 2:1 degree or above encouraged to apply
- Degrees in Education, Psychology, or core subjects are especially valued
- Support the classroom teacher alongside providing essential 1-1 and small group support to pupils
- Gain hands-on experience supporting both teachers and students in the classroom
- Ideal stepping stone for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and more

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be given the chance to work closely with professionals and gain invaluable experience.
In this role, you’ll be working full-time during term-time only, Monday to Friday. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher, you’ll be helping pupils progress across several subject areas. You'll play a pivotal role in boosting confidence, ensuring students' needs are met and curating an inclusive, positive learning environment where each child can thrive. Alongside general classroom duties, you’ll provide focused support both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils to progress academically and socially, and giving them the tools to succeed.
