Senior Recruitment Consultant – SEND Education

Location: Sutton, London
Salary: £48,000–£55,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: In person (hybrid available once established)

Integra Education is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing SEND Education division in Sutton, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing recruiter looking to progress their career within a supportive, ambitious, and people-focused business.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage your own recruitment desk within SEND Education
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Drive business development and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Potentially develop into an SEN Manager
• Support junior colleagues in their development

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment – at least 2 years SEN recruitment experience in London
• Strong billing and client development track record
• Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A consultant who is eager to hit the streets and visit client schools
