The business target for the current year is £17.7m, which can only be delivered by materially increasing pallet intake, we can only sell what it buys, making this role critical to revenue delivery. This role requires sustained outbound activity, resilience, structured followup, and comfort with rejection.
• Identify and research potential pallet suppliers across the UK, including manufacturers, recyclers, logistics operators, and waste management businesses. • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective suppliers.
• Generate opportunities through outbound phone calls, Teams meetings, and face-to-face visits. Outreach & Conversion • Conduct consistent outbound calling as a core daily activity.
• Qualify suppliers based on volume, quality, reliability, and commercial fit.
