Graduate Learning Support Assistant | Person Specification
- Graduate Learning Support Assistant
- Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology or core subject degree
- Relevant SEN experience – welcomed but not essential
- Genuine passion to support pupils with SEN
Graduate Learning Support Assistant | Job Specification
- Graduate Learning Support Assistant role
- ‘Good’ graded school with superb learning facilities
- Support pupils in 1:1 or small group scenarios
- Assist class teachers with the running of the classroom
- SEN specific facilities such as sensory rooms and outdoor learning spaces
- Work closely with pupils with additional needs by providing essential support
- Engage in bespoke training opportunities
- Full-time role – Monday-Friday – 32.5 hours per week – term-time only
- Earn £460 - £490 per week
- Start date: ASAP
This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role is open to a compassioante individual looking to kickstart a career within the education sector.
