For this Key-Stage 2 Teaching Assistant post you should be a committed Graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and already held a role where you have worked closely with primary aged children. The school’s ideal applicant is a Graduate who can challenge and inspire children in their education whilst building solid relationships at the school with pupils, parents and staff.

This Key-Stage 2 Teaching Assistant post would suit an aspiring Primary Teacher as the role will give you the chance to gain all the experience and knowledge you need to ensure a successful Teacher Training application. This Key-Stage 2 Teaching Assistant role will involve you working across the Key-Stage 2 phase, giving support and classroom assistance to where it is most needed. The rest of your time at school will be spent delivering 1-1 and group sessions of targeted intervention for children who are struggling with the current material.
