  • Work alongside the SENDCo and senior SEN specialists
  • Working 1:1 with SEN students with ASD,SEMH ,SAL 
  • SEN school graded “Outstanding” by Ofsted recently
  • Interviewing immediately

This school supports students aged 5 to 16 years; this role includes working 1to1 with a student for some parts of the day. As a SEN learning support assistant, you will work a team of dedicated staff. An essential part of this role requires you to build positive relationships with students and staff. If you have an education-based degree or SEN based degree then this role will be perfect for you to develop your skills.

Having previous experiencing working with students who have SEN will be an advantage to this role, previous experience is desirable but this school also provides training and development to staff. Working as a SEN learning support requires you to be passionate about supporting students throughout the day and wanting you to make a positive difference to all students.

This school is located across two sites within the city, split into primary and secondary sites. The school has vibrant learning spaces specialised for one-to-one learning. Each of the sites has a supportive leadership team and as a SEN learning support you will be working alongside and under the direction of a qualified teacher.
