Duties:
Sales Administrator
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Up to £30,000 per annum
Duties:
- Delivering exceptional administration support to the Director of Sales and wider sales & marketing team
- Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling and proactive prospecting
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of potential leads
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Scheduling meetings and arranging diaries for senior management
- Supporting with email management and attending internal meetings, distributing agendas and taking minutes of meetings, when necessary
- Aiding in the creation of presentations for internal and external use
- Working in collaboration with the wider sales and marketing team, supporting with marketing initiatives and new product development
- Developing sales and marketing reports and distributing these as appropriate
- Maintaining the CRM system, keeping an up-to-date log of all prospective interactions
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who:
- Have strong administration skills which have been gained within a similar administration role
- Understand sales and marketing and understand the imporance of this function within a company
- Boasts strong organisation skills, able to juggle multiple work streams at once and prioritise
- Is enthusiastic, driven, and confident with a positive approach to work
- Is a competent Microsoft user and experience of using Sales Tracker would be beneficial
