They will accept an inhouse certificate for Reach but the candidate must have a Counterbalance certificate.

KPI Recruiting is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operatives to join our client's team, a leading steel wholesaler in the area. If you have a Reach and Counterbalance forklift licence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
• Assist with stock management and inventory control of steel products
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain accuracy in order picking, stock movement, and product handling
• Support the warehouse team in keeping a clean, safe, and organized working environment

Requirements:

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licence
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or distribution role, ideally in the steel industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy steel products when necessary
